How It Works
Choose a chain
Choose the right chain for you! We have a choice of sevenย sterling silver, gold filled and solid gold chains for you to pick from.
Choose a charm (Optional)
You can choose from a variety of charms, or if you prefer youย can leave your chain simple.
Get measured
You'll get measured to the right length and tightness that you desireย your jewellery to be.
Get welded
You will watch us permanently weld your jewellery closed. Now you can go and show it off!

FAQ
Is it safe?
Yes definitely! We are fully trained to a high standard and the weld is just a quick flash of light. During the service protective eyewear is worn and you'll have a protective layer between your skin and the jewellery during the weld.
What if my jewellery breaks?
After the weld a thorough inspection and stress test is carried out. Should for some reason the chain becomes compromised, keep hold of the chain and get in touch.
What if I need to remove my jewellery?
If you need to remove the chain for any reason (e.g. MRI scan) then you can pop in to get it removed or cutย the chain yourself with sharp scissors at the jump ring that was used to connect it. We can re-weld back on for you after for a small fee.
Are there any age restrictions?
No, but under 13โs must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
Can I go through airport security?
Yes - there are no problems with going through airport security.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes we are appointment only. Please get in touch to arrange an appointment.
Can I return/change my permanent jewellery?
Due to the personalisation of the jewellery there is a no return or exchange policy. We check you are 100% happy with your choice prior to the weld.
Where are you based?
We are based in Sophiesticated Beauty salon in the heart of Thatcham Broadway in West Berkshire. Close to Newbury, Reading and Basingstoke. Numerous parking options are available in The Broadway.
Do you do private events/pop ups?
Yes private events such as birthdays, hen dos and parties are considered dependant on location and party size. Collaborations and pop ups at other salons, venues and events are also considered. Please get in touch.
